Desk workers often suffer from persistent back or neck pain that ruins productivity. Helping people find movement again is why I shifted my focus toward restorative practices.

Stiffness actually serves as the most effective teacher for your long term progress. We prioritize breath led movement over complex shapes to keep you injury free. These sessions incorporate hatha fundamentals alongside gentle restorative poses. Core strength builds slowly through safe progressions designed for absolute beginners.
You can expect clear guidance on inversions and backbends. My 4 years of teaching movement inform every adjustment I offer. Consistency is the secret ingredient here. Finding the joy in a pain free spine makes the work quite rewarding.
