About Emilee
My name is Emilee, I am 37, I have been on an awakening journey since 2015, everyday I develop my connection to self and support people in healing, one of the modalities I teach is yoga, this is my core foundation for healing. I am also a holistic and spiritual counselor. My passion is support people on their healing journey and help them feel better more of the time.

The yoga I teach is about taking a journey inwards, you will always receive the physical benefits from this gentle practice, the goal is to work from with in and explore our connection to self, our energy body and understand our thoughts and emotions more deeply so we can heal and live our best life, yes yoga can offer you this, with the right teacher, guidance and awareness. I offer group sessions, private sessions, in person and online, I also offer an online course that is already pre recorded for your benefit of choice. Healing and spirituality as the core of everything I offer.
