About Autumn
Seniors and gentle mobility learners find a calm space here. My work centers on 5 years of yoga instruction. I focus on safe alignment for bodies that need extra care.
I currently hold a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 certification. My history includes training from UPenn with an MEd TESOL degree. I stay patient and clear during every interaction. Feel free to reach out to discuss your physical goals.

Slow pacing often produces the most profound physical results. I provide consistent feedback to ensure you stay safe during practice.
Instruction covers chair yoga and restorative poses to support your joints. Breath control remains a core part of my 5 years of teaching.
Beginners learn safe inversions that build confidence over time. Vinyasa flow movements are modified to fit your specific mobility. Core strength develops naturally when we focus on alignment and posture.
Pranayama exercises help you connect with your body. You will also receive free access to my guided meditation notes.
