About Aditi
I am a certified Yoga Therapist with formal training in a university-based yoga therapy program and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Yoga Therapy.
My work follows a structured therapeutic model (IAYT-based approach), combining traditional yogic practices with modern understanding of the nervous system, stress physiology, and mental health.
I am also certified under the Ministry of AYUSH (Government of India, Level 6 Yoga Therapist), a standardized national certification for professional yoga therapy practice.
I specialize in working with high-functioning individuals dealing with chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, and mental fatigue—especially those who appear “fine” externally but experience internal overload.
This is not general yoga instruction. My work is targeted, structured, and designed to improve how the body and mind respond to stress.

These sessions are designed for individuals who:
Experience persistent stress, anxiety, or burnout.
Feel constantly alert or unable to relax.
Have shallow breathing or poor recovery.
Carry physical tension in the body (neck, shoulders, back)
Approach
The sessions are based on a clinical yoga therapy framework focused on nervous system regulation.
They include:
Breath regulation (pranayama) to influence autonomic balance.
Slow, structured movement to release physical tension.
Step-by-step sequencing based on therapeutic logic.
Awareness practices to improve self-regulation
This is not fitness-based yoga or generic relaxation. Each session is intentional and adapted to your condition.
Session Structure
Sessions are 60 minutes and conducted online across Canada.
Each session includes:
Brief assessment of your current state Guided breathwork to stabilise the system
Targeted therapeutic movement sequence
Deep relaxation or awareness-based practice
