About Satori
Born in the beautiful mountains of Brazil, in a yoga practitioner family, since very young I appreciate the healing arts and enjoy exploring the possibilities of our body. In my teenage I did my first teacher training of yoga, and started to teach. Few years later I did my second, to continue learning and improving. 2012 I did the acroyoga teacher training and since then I offer classes, courses, retreats about yoga, acroyoga and meditation.

Classes for all levels, using the body as tool to work our mind. The classes are dynamic, being different each day and working in different aspects. Challenging the body and mind, but always observing the breath. On the classes we practice asanas (poses), pranayama (breath exercise), meditation, inversions, balance and strength
