About Jenifer
I have been practicing yoga since I was a child and have been teaching for 30 years! I have achieved Yoga Therapist status within 4 Yoga lineages -- Krishnamacharya, Sivananda, Kripalu, and Thai Yoga. That is, I have at least 1000 hrs of training and 10,000 hrs of teaching -- and I have that across 4 lineages!
This provides me with a unique understanding of the diverse yoga tools and methodologies available to us, so that each student can explore yoga in the best possible way for them! When I first start working with someone, we practice short sequences using different alignment and sequencing theory from different lineages side-by-side, so that you can experience and I can observe which one works best for you!

With a therapeutic focus, we work together to support those with chronic pain or illness, recovery from surgery or other injury, as well as helping anyone improve their overall movement quality and general wellbeing.
