A friend of mine recommended Marco to me as I wanted to move from Hatha Yoga to something more ‘challenging’. Marco immediately understood my needs and quickly adapted his lessons to my level. Classes are challenging but at the same time relaxing, I have gone from 1 class per week to work out twice/week with him as I feel super comfortable and feel that the classes help me a lot to become more flexible and toned. Marco takes time to explain every new move, but also the philosophy and spiritual aspects.
