About Monika
I am a Yoga Teacher with a Master’s degree in Yogic Science and a strong interest in helping people experience the benefits of yoga in their daily lives. I enjoy sharing my knowledge because I believe yoga is not only about physical fitness, but also about improving mental well-being, flexibility, strength and overall lifestyle. I want to make yoga simple, safe and accessible, especially for beginners, and help my students build a consistent practice with confidence.
