About Lydia
I am a qualified yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance. I trained in Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of yoga, in the summer of 2025 and have enjoyed creating my own classes ever since. As a professional opera singer, I use Yoga in my own practice to calm my nervous system before performing, reducing anxiety, helping to find clarity and focus. I use yoga as a spiritual anchor to find peace within myself and I am excited to share this with others.

I believe that my background in performing and classical music allows me to create unique classes suitable for all levels that truly marry the body and mind. As a singer, I am particularly fond of using pranayama and vocal elements in practice such as humming and mantras.
I am trained in Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga.
