Using this platform to grow my teaching network and connect to more people who may be intimidated to go to an in-person yoga class or do not have the time or means. My background is in professional ballet and I am now pursuing a career in holistic health. My passions are multi-disciplinary focusing in the nutrition and physical medicine space.
