About Sierra
I am a yoga "teacher" and forever student. I was trained by Susanna Barkataki, a monumental voice in the social justice movement. I have been "teaching" yoga since 2017. I put teaching in quotations because we are always students, and anything I say is merely a guide to a path that you are already on.

My approach is creating a space where all are welcome. My classes are a safe space for everyone; each voice will be heard. The asanas I tend to guide people through are based on what they say they want out of their class. Yoga is for every body, every race, every identity, and too often it is made to feel exclusionary. That is why I work so hard to ensure everyone feels welcome.
