I used to take Offline classes but due to this pandemic, I wish to take online Yoga classes. My methodology is, I need my people to be healthy both physically and mentally. I need my people to take healthy foods as well. I am taking Yoga for Fitness, Immunity increase, Mind relax, Healthy lifestyle.
