About GEETA
I have 28 years of experience working in the field of health and wellness.
I am a Yoga Teacher, Holistic Therapist, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
I have a deep passion for Yoga and for India, where I lived for many years and which I consider my spiritual home.
Experiencing the profound benefits of a consistent Hatha Yoga practice inspires me to share what I have found to support a more balanced, fulfilling, and conscious way of living.

My classes are comprehensive and prepare the body and mind so that students can gradually become capable of incorporating Yoga independently into their daily lives.
I also offer classes tailored to specific concerns such as anxiety, fatigue, insomnia, depression, and others.
My classes cultivate confidence, strength, and flexibility—both physically and mentally, on and off the mat.
