About Veronica
I spent 10+ years in corporate environments, feeling increasingly more that I needed to be pursuing something different. After a long time coming, I finally took the leap to follow my passion of yoga. Yoga changed my life in so many ways. I hope to be able to help facilitate that sort of growth in others, through the practice.
Aside from yoga, I am originally from New York but finally feel like I have fully taken on my West coast identity :) I live with my boyfriend here in LA, with our sweet Bernese Mountain Dog, Indie. I absolutely love food and trying as many restaurants as possible. I love hiking (solo hikes truly reset my soul), love the ocean, long road trips, and always am looking for new fun things to do in LA.

I left my full-time job in media to devote myself fully to yoga and to helping others experience its transformative power, whether that be physically, emotionally, spiritually - or all the above.
In our sessions, I bring a warm, supportive energy and tailor each class to your unique needs, whether you’re brand new to yoga or deepening an existing practice. And while yoga has truly changed my life, I feel there is always room for fun. My sessions speak to both the power of the practice, as well as incorporating some playfulness. It doesn't need to be too serious :)
