About Charo
I am certified by Siddhi Yoga Training Teacher Multidisciplinary 500 hours, plus Ayurveda initiation course and Restorative Yoga course. Everything that yoga means is important to me, so I also work meditation and pranayama in my classes, this helps to enter and be more consciouss of the body when you perform the asanas.
