About Jennifer
I am a group fitness and yoga instructor with 5+ years of experience. I have my 200-hr yoga training cert, group fitness cert, and more. I am passionate about helping others to find what is motivating for them, to listen to their bodies, and to reach their fitness goals. I believe in providing a supportive environment where everyone can progress in my classes, regardless of level. Healthy bodies is the goal, not trying to reach an industry ideal.
