*I was deeply influenced by my time studying under Bela Divine (Bela Aznar), whose teachings on somatic healing, emotional alchemy, and feminine embodiment draw from her own studies with teachers like Dr. Bessel Van Der Kolk, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and Dr. Richard Schwartz. While not formally certified, the mentorship offered me rich, transformative tools that I now weave into my own practice and the way I hold space for others. *
