About Sarah
I’m a survivor, a mother, a daughter, and a friend. Much of my life has been about learning how to build something sustainable—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Yoga became one of the tools that helped me find balance through stress, pain, anxiety, and everyday life. Over time, it became a practice I wanted to share with others.
I approach yoga as something practical and supportive. It isn’t a replacement for medication, physical therapy, or mental health care. It’s one more tool we can add to our toolbox to help us move, breathe, and understand our bodies a little better.
My goal is to create a space where people can work with their bodies as they are—whether that means managing pain, reducing stress, or reconnecting with themselves.
