About Livia
Hi, what's up? Nice to meet you!
My name is Lívia, I'm 29 years old and I'm passionate about traveling, getting to know new cultures and teach yoga!
I worked in HR for 8 years, I'm also a yoga instructor for 2 years, and practioner for more than 8 years, which is my greatest passion, and now I'm venturing out to travel the world in order to get to know myself better and help other people.
This year I left my job in HR and traveled the world in search of a life with more passion, presence and happiness and I want to help you in that search too!

- Nas minhas aulas gosto de fazer um misto de alongamento e liberação do corpo, exercícios de força, equilibro, flow e relaxamento. E sempre que possível trazendo algumas reflexões também sobre a filosofia do yoga
- Se você é iniciante, não se preocupe, a aula será adaptada conforme a sua necessidade e suas queixas físicas e emocionais.
- Aula para alunos iniciantes e intermediários de todas as idades em português ou espanhol.
