About Anjana
I am an accidental traveller yogi, being a runner I injured my knee much faster than my age, the wear and tear nearly stopped my outdoor activity, my back became weak, I did try yoga classes but it's only after I learnt the true meaning of yoga and its art of flow with the breath did I value Yoga and my mission to spread this beautiful knowledge became my dream and now my way of life.
I teach seniors and people recovering from injury. I want you to practice my yoga in your daily routine. Enjoy the small joys of life in your habits and surrounding, That what yoga does to me how about you when you do your practice?
