About Holly
I fell in love with yoga when I was 15 years old. My mum took me to along to a class with her, and after experiencing that relaxed sense of clarity and joy I was hooked!
Almost a decade later, in 2014 I completed my first Yoga Teacher Training Course at the Sivananda Ashram in the Bahamas. We were completely immersed in the yogic lifestyle; eating a pure, yogic diet, practicing Asana (yoga postures) four hours a day, studying philosophy as well as meditation and Kirtan chanting. I then returned in 2017 for four months to deepen my practice and develop my teaching skills. I served 3 months as a Karma Yogi and complete my 500hour Advanced Teacher Training Course.

Traditional Hatha and Sivananda Yoga
Classes cover the following 3 out of the 5 points of yoga:
Pranayama – Breathing exercises
Asana – Postures
Savasana – Guided relaxation
These practices stretch and strengthen the muscles, align the spine and release mental and physical tension.
You will leave class feeling energised and relaxed with a sense of clarity.
