About Bernice
After experiencing profound transformation through the practise of Yoga over 20 years ago I have continued to support people in their process. The beauty of yoga is that you are able to practise an element of it every day that will create change for you in some way. It will stay with you always
I have guided students on retreat, in the corporate environment, at my personal studio for 2 years and now mostly online. I practise as Yoga Teacher/Life Coach with elements of a physical practise, breath work, meditation, mudra & mantra
I believe this is my lifes work and I am always honoured to move through the process with people

I work intuitively with my students. Each demand is very independent.
"Their WHY" is so important to the process and where we start
There are always 3 stage to 45 min session
This includes physical movement, breath work and mantra
Guided meditation usually demands an extended session
Sessions are most aligned with adults experiencing life changing experiences, health changes, stress, anxiety or new behaviour challenges. Those looking into their most essential joyful self
