About Raina
"Fifteen years of teaching yoga has taught me that the best movement happens when we stop forcing. My approach is rooted in my Iyengar certification and BA in English and Education. I have spent a long time working with students to find comfort in their own skin.
The sessions rely on precision to ensure safety for everyone involved. I hold a BA degree which informs how I explain complex physical movements clearly. Coaching 13 years of classes has been a genuine joy for me. Helping people find relief is the best part of my day."

"Gentle movement is what makes our time together truly enjoyable for you. You deserve a space where your mobility needs are respected and understood by your teacher.
We will look at sun salutations and standing balances at a pace that feels steady. Desk workers often find that our focus on posture correction brings them significant relief.
For those of you managing stiff joints, I offer injury-safe modifications that really work. Relaxation and savasana are included to ensure you leave feeling calm. My approach simply prioritizes how you feel in the moment."
