About Kohen
I have been on my path instructing yoga for over two years now. I have completed three separate trainings leaving me at 480 certified hours.
All of this work allows me to see all the different facets that yoga truly has, looking at the physical, spiritual, and mental.
I’ve been in love with the way one can rework their discipline, reclaim their strength and balance, or simply let go and relax deeper into their life.

My lessons are completely tailored to you! Whether it’s an hour and a half 26+2, or a 45 minute session with stretches surrounding a meditation.
It’s always about your edge, some days we have the strength to push past it and build. Some days we’re honoring the edge and allowing yourself to deeper accept where your practice is at.
We will examine multiple mediums and see which ones best align with your needs. If you’d like, you can switch it up, allowing a fully tailored practice that flows daily with You!
