I am a passionate yoga instructor who enjoys helping people improve their physical and mental well-being through yoga. I believe yoga can bring relaxation, flexibility and balance to everyday life. I especially enjoy guiding women through gentle Yoga Flow and pregnancy yoga practices in a comfortable and supportive way.

I offer simple and gentle yoga sessions for beginners and women. My classes include Yoga Flow, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Parent-Baby Yoga. Sessions focus on basic yoga postures, breathing, stretching, relaxation and mindful movement. Classes are conducted in a friendly and comfortable way, with guidance based on each student’s level and needs.

Details
My class fee is ₹500 per hour. Each session will be approximately 1 hour and includes warm-up, basic yoga postures, breathing exercises, stretching, relaxation and cool-down. Parent-Baby Yoga and other specialised sessions can be discussed based on the student’s requirements.
