About Fernanda
Hello, I am Fernanda (or Nanda), a Yoga Instructor based in London, UK. I am certified by Yoga Alliance (USA/UK) and have a PhD from the University of Oxford. I have years of experience as a yoga practitioner and ballet dancer. My background as a dancer puts music, rhythm and flow at the centre of my practice. My approach to yoga teaching is fun and mindful, yet challenging.
I have a passion for philosophy, social justice and wellbeing, and when I am not teaching or practising yoga, I am a human rights advocate. I look forward to helping you find your path to a healthier, more flexible and wholesome life.

Amazing teacher and very engaging class. I underestimated Yoga and Fernanda showed me how amazing physically and mentally this practice can be. Relaxing but at the same time challenging, you go home dripping in sweat but with a lighter soul! 100% recommend it!
Fernanda is an amazing and attending teacher who will listen to your body and see your mind. I finally saw progress in my form and felt my body release. Fernanda helped me renew my love for yoga. :-)
