About Himani
Hello! I've been a yoga instructor for over 2 years. I've taken a lot of individual and group classes. I've been practicing yoga for more than 4 years now. Learning and teaching has made me the person I am today. The lessons you learn as you move your body and live your life are always unique and never the same. I wanted to share my passion for yoga with others and hence started teaching. I have practiced different styles of yoga.

Every class will be different, we will start by chanting mantras, sometimes do Suryanamaskar, and sometimes enjoy a yoga flow which will soothe our mind and our body. We always end the class with some pranayama. Let's learn more about our bodies and enjoy the movement.
