About Elizalde

I’m Elizalde Baron, a Yoga Grand Master Teacher and Senior Health, Safety, and Environmental Officer with over a decade of experience guiding individuals toward a life of balance, awareness, and holistic well-being. My yoga journey began as a personal pursuit of peace and strength, which evolved into a lifelong mission to help others discover transformation through movement, mindfulness, and breath. I combine the discipline of safety management with the wisdom of ancient yoga traditions — creating a teaching style that is safe, structured, and soul-centered. I specialize in Transformational Yoga, Hammock Yoga, and Holistic Wellness Practices, offering sessions that cultivate physical vitality, emotional healing, and inner peace. My approach bridges modern wellness science and traditional yoga philosophy, empowering students to connect deeply with their bodies, minds, and spirit. Beyond teaching, I am also an author of “Transformational Yoga” and “Winning Wellness: The Secret Formula to Health, Safety, and Success in Life & Career.” My goal is to inspire every student — whether beginner or advanced — to find harmony, confidence, and awareness in their daily lives. When I’m not on the mat, I dedicate my time to promoting safety and mindfulness in workplaces and communities, ensuring that wellness extends beyond the studio and into everyday living.

About the lesson

My Teaching Philosophy & Methodology:
As a Yoga Grand Master Teacher, my approach blends the traditional wisdom of yoga with modern wellness practices. I focus on balance between strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, ensuring that each student develops not only physically but also mentally and emotionally. My classes integrate breathwork (pranayama), mindful movement, asanas, and meditation, guiding students to connect deeply with their inner awareness.

Each session follows a structured yet adaptable flow:

Centering & Intention Setting – Gentle breathing and mindfulness to calm the mind.

Warm-Up & Mobility – Preparing the body through gentle stretches.

Main Asana Sequence – A series of poses designed according to the student’s level and focus (strength, flexibility, relaxation, or energy balance).

Cool Down & Relaxation – Restorative postures followed by guided meditation or Yoga Nidra.

I emphasize alignment, body awareness, and safe progression, ensuring each student grows at their own pace. I often use verbal cues, visual aids, and demonstrations to help beginners understand the correct form and flow of each asana.
