About Jess

I graduated with honors in the Health, Wellness & Fitness program at Mohawk College. I am a certified 200hr Hatha Yoga instructor from the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre Montreal, as well as a certified Barre Instructor. I have also taught Dance Fitness and Flexibility Classes for almost 10 years. I have traveled to multiple countries and taught fitness to a variety of age demographics. I love helping people see positive changes throughout their fitness journey.

About the lesson

I base my classes on the needs of the client (You!).
We start by discussing what you are looking for in your sessions (weight loss, muscle toning, mobility, balance, injury management or prevention).
I enjoy working with individuals or groups and sharing my passion of yoga to keep you moving and feeling great!
