About Maggie
Teaching yoga since 2013. I lived and volunteered at the Sivananda ashram for 3 years.
Certified yoga instructor from the Sivananda Organization. Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200).
Additional certification in Pre Natal and Reduced Mobility Yoga.
I can teach you: Meditation, Relaxation techniques, Pranayama breathing techniques, Hatha Yoga sequences, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra.

My teaching methods are:
Get the students out of their heads with the help of proper breathing and proper body alignment.
My classes are gentle and appropriate for both beginners and intermediates.
Students are encouraged to go at their own pace.
I base my class on the Sivananda style of yoga. Yoga is not only physical, real benefits come with time and by practicing surrendering.
I approach a subject with structure/flexibility, each student has different needs.
