About Vandesh
I am an Engineering Professional & an Entrepreneur in business. I have been doing Yoga since past 25 years & am now a certified International Yoga Instructor from the erstwhile "The Yoga Institute" @ Santacruz East, Mumbai. Have structured courses for Children & Healthy Adults. Assistance in appearing for Aayush Ministry Examinations also will be given to the regular students.

We follow the methodology of Ashtang Yog of Maharshi Patanjali, as per the teachings of The Yoga Institute. With the levels of high stress in life getting introduced at a very young age, it is becoming important for children to become aware of how to tackle the relative stress so as to be able to enjoy their childhood also. Parallelly, adults who are already stressed need to learn to become more balanced & focused so as to improve their quality of life. Yogabhyas is the ONLY proven way of life, since many a centuries, to live a wholesome quality life. And Yoga does not only consist of Asana, in fact, Asana are only 20% of Yoga as a subject.
