About Robin

I am a certified yoga teacher. Having good exposure and knowledge of right yoga sessions for the right set of people according to health needs. I design classes which can be instrumental and carried out post completion of session too. Also, I ensure guidance post completion of the overall session.

About the lesson

Since Yoga has many postures, one needs to identify which exercise is right for whom. Teaching method 1. Identify and understand your current need and your previous medical condition. 2. Class will be designed according to one's medical condition or requirement.
