About Bhumi
Hi! I’m a passionate Yoga instructor, practicing Yoga since 9th grade and dedicated to making it approachable for everyone — especially beginners. I’ve participated in the Patanjali Yoga Competition, winning both 1st and 3rd prizes, which inspired me to share my knowledge and help others grow. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you can learn postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods that build strength, flexibility, and peace of mind. Whatever your starting point, I’m here to guide you every step of the way!
