About Rute
In Private Yoga Classes the practice happens at your own pace, following and respecting your needs and goals. As a rule, in class the body is actively worked through asanas, psychic-physical postures, which produce muscle stretching, strength, firmness, alignment and body balance. Breathing is also rediscovered through the practice of Pranayamas, or breathing techniques. We will seek to progressively walk through each class for a moment of relaxation, the Yoganidra, quieting the mind, reducing stress, leaving room for a quality of presence that will extend into everyday life. The invitation is always the presence to reality as it presents itself, transforming the practice, whether it is softer or more dynamic, into a moving meditation.

Yoga, and my personal practice, arises in 2003 in my life. It was a developing relationship that never got lost again. The crossing of my life with Yoga became so strong that 2012, after a trip through Asia, escaped from the pressure of the academic life of my Master in Psychology, came the strong call to deepen this connection and I made my first training. of teachers. Since starting my career as a teacher I have taught in various places of the country and in India, in Auroville where I lived, in gyms, as well as Yoga studios, events and private classes. After my first teacher training several others followed, such as Yoga Kids training, Prenatal Yoga, SUP Yoga and WOGA (Aqua Yoga).
