About Rafael
I'm yoga structor since October 2020, graduated at Elka's teacher trainning.
I currently teach Bhakti Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Hatha.
Bhakti Yoga is a devotional Class, which will talk about self awareness, love and god thru the Yoga Philosophy.
Vinyasa Flow is a class that is dynamical and has a flow.
Hatha is the traditional and fundamental class of all yoga, without a flow.
Every Class has an intention for the practice, breath working, and asanas the will work thoses points.
