About Charlotte
I have been teaching in studios and privately for the past 2 years, working closely with clients to improve functional movement, reduce tension in the body, dissolve overall stress, condition the core, strengthen the spine and improve flexibility.
I qualified in Vinyasa Yoga at Lakshmi Rising and Pilates at YMCA. I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and study Jivamukti, Hatha and other forms which, you will observe in my teaching too.
I am currently training to be an Ayurvedic Lifestyle & nutrition consultant and am also a professional plant-based chef, so my passion for living well utilising my skills as chef, teacher and practitioner inform my classes.

I approach each client holistically, looking at their lifestyle, diet and daily habits, and once I understand their goals and aspirations, I create a 4-12 week bespoke programme. I work thematically, according to the season, the time of day and the energy level present in the client that day. My focus is on nourishment, and rejuvenating the systems, so that the client feels lighter, with less tension and feeling renewed.
