About Megan
I have worked with yoga and mindfulness in many different environments, speaking at events, teaching at festivals to guiding private yoga sessions with individuals and within companies such as Thomas Cook to running retreats in Spain.
My passion is working with people individually and watching their confidence grow as they begin to understand their body and mind better. Yoga is for everyone, I have worked with people who have not moved their bodies in years and have a number of health related issues to young children age 3 & above who do not stop moving! It is fascinating working with such a diverse range of people and seeing the positive effects it has.

I teach a range of classes depending on ability and injuiries. I mainly teach Yin Yoga & Hatha but bring elements of Iyengar and Traditional Chinese Medicine into most sessions. I always finish off group classes with relaxation and singing bowls
