About Parks
Yogi Parks began practicing Yoga and meditation while doing volunteer work all over Southeast Asia as a teenager. In 2009, he moved to Los Angeles and did his 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Dancing Shiva Yoga and Ayurveda. Immediately after finishing his training, he began teaching weekly classes at Dancing Shiva full time. Since then, he has taught for a Reiki Center, an online fitness platform, and eventually virtual classes through his own website.

-LGBTQ+ supportive classes built on traditional Hatha yoga poses and sequences, breathing exercises (Pranayama) and meditation (Dhyana) in a fun and nurturing environment.
