About Sade
-My first concern is comfort, and second is safety.
-You will only work on what you’re comfortable working on.
-I find no pleasure in pushing a student into places that they aren’t ready to go and will always offer modifications.
-I respect your space- will always ask prior if you are okay with being touched for adjustments.
-My sessions for newbies start with a brief 5 minute questionnaire and get to know you, where I find out what your goals are in yoga, what general stressors you may have and the body tensions you have felt lately.
-I find key positions for those stress points which makes my yoga more effective.
-I provide in person yoga on occasion and more frequently provide yoga online.
-I am mental health first aid certified, psychological first aid certified, meditation and yoga certified.

I take pride in providing a friendly space, one that will encourage you, relax you and challenge you all at once. I work many types of yoga and can cater to your physical and mental needs. You’ll enjoy coming to yoga rather than fear the intimate-isolating nature that teachers tend to mistakenly create. This is a space where you can release, you can let all of those stressors go from work, family, societal pressures, traumas, whatever is holding you down- know that my goal is to release that burden from you. But not only for the day but have you leave with at least one key something you can take with you to practice throughout your day. Whether its a grounding technique, an anxiety reliever, a mantra or exercise to take with you. You’ll learn to deal with life’s stressors more positively. You’ll find a small little family here if you want that. Its time to relax. I’ve got your back.
