About Meg

I am a young yogi who has recently completed my 200 hour yin-yang yoga teacher training and I am incredibly excited to share my passion for yoga with anyone who would like to learn! I believe that yoga is just as much about the benefits that we receive internally as the results that we can see and feel externally, and this is something that I love to bring to my classes.

About the lesson

My classes all begin with a short meditation to ground and prepare for a beneficial practice and end with a beautiful savasana. Classes can range from one hour - two hours and are completely catered to whatever it is that you would like to receive from your practice, whether that is mindfulness, strength, flexibility, something else entirely or a combination of everything!
