About Mathilde

After studying international business, I became a manager in a Parisian start-up. It did not correspond to me and I was already passionated about yoga, so I decided to go 1 month abroad in India, in Mysore, to train myself in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Back in France, my only desire is to share these knowledge of know how to do so with all kindness. I adapt according to the levels, requests and desires of each. You can barely touch your feet? It does not matter, not even the goal! Listening of our body is the key and the big beginners are welcome :)

About the lesson

After a little discussion on why you want to practice yoga (better stress management, muscle building, release tension, develop self-confidence, improve flexibility, find a better sleep, pratice some sports ...) we customize your sessions according to your requests and desires.

The course frame is more or less the same and can vary in intensity as you feel it :
- a relaxation phase through breathing exercises (pranayama)
- a warm-up of the body
- practice through different postures (asanas)
- a return to calm again thanks to the breathing and certain postures
- relaxation / meditation

The courses can be done at home or outside if the weather allows it
