About Dorothy
Mental math can often feel like a secret language, but with the right approach, complex concepts become much easier to understand. I have guided 497 students through calculus, algebra, coordinate geometry, and trigonometry by focusing on clear explanations and practical problem-solving.
I believe students learn best when they can visualize concepts and understand the reasoning behind each step. I also provide homework support whenever you feel stuck, helping you work through challenging problems while building confidence and stronger mathematical skills.

Equations often look like a jumble of symbols. I help you see the logic. Math requires practice, not memorization. My lessons connect 11 years of technical experience to your current curriculum.
We solve problems until they stick. These methods make trigonometry and calculus manageable. Have you considered how these concepts apply to your daily life?
