About Vivian
Experimental design, regression, and sampling methods are the foundation of the analytical framework I provide for you. My BA Mathematics degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison informs how I clarify chi-square tests or the normal model for high school students. 5 years of experience in the classroom has taught me how to guide honors students through complex distributions.
Inference and hypothesis testing become manageable when you grasp the underlying logic instead of memorizing formulas. You will see how reading computer output effectively changes your approach to quantitative tasks.
College applicants find that these specific techniques reduce anxiety during high stakes testing. I find it deeply satisfying to watch concepts click for retakers as they gain command over the material. Clarity is the most enjoyable outcome of our work together.

Confusion often stems from misinterpreting statistical vocabulary in the exam questions. One incorrect definition shifts your entire result.
I fix these errors by anchoring you in the rigorous definitions required for top marks. Progress is tracked against clear goals throughout our time together.
We prioritize independent problem solving over passive listening. You practice until the methods feel natural. I ensure you are ready to handle the exam traps with precision. Results follow preparation.
