About Edward

My goal is to support your child to become the best student they can be. So in my lessons, I am focused on what the student needs and will best help them.

I offer tuition in mathematics. I have studied math at the highest level throughout my previous education, leading up to studying specialist math in year 11. I have experience tutoring at a year 8 level for the past year.

About the lesson

Hi, I am Edward. I am currently a year 11 student at Sandringham College. I study Specialist Math, Methods Math, English Language, 3/4 Physical Education, and Physics. I am very passionate about helping younger students and aiding them to success and reaching their goals. I have had very good results in my previous years and am always striving for excellence. I am very passionate about sailing and sport, currently competing at a national level.

Edward has a high level of knowledge and competency in maths related subjects up to year 10 demonstrated by his excellent results in SEAL Maths in Years 7-9, Specialist Maths in Year 10 and Year 11 and Maths Methods in Year 11. Edward is a kind and patient tutor for students in Primary School and years 7-9. He adapts his teaching style for different learning styles. He prepares ahead for sessions, is on time for sessions and is a reliable communicator. I strongly recommend Edward as a maths tutor for students who would like to either improve their understanding and application of mathematics at their year level or expand their maths skills with extension activities.
