About Alec
While Software Engineering has been my career, I double majored in math and served as a math tutor during my time in college.
My math skills have not dulled during this time of focusing on a Software Engineering career, and I have only improved at explaining difficult concepts as a result of the experience.
I can help you learn anything you need help with, and I am also more than happy to do so!

As a tutor, I like to gently guide my students to the correct solution. I relate difficult concepts with examples and familiar real-world situations that can make abstract ideas more clear, and I'm always happy to answer questions.
I have very positive experiences helping people with my math tutoring, with students regularly excited to come and tell me how much their grade improved with my help.

I have known Alec for a very long time both personally and professionally. This is a man who gives 100 percent toward helping people with firm patience and a guiding hand.
Alec helped tutor me when I was having trouble taking a programming class. He cared a lot about making sure I understood how to do things and would also take the time to create exercises for me to complete so that I could practice what I had learned.
