About Saleel

I am a practicing Dental Surgeon as well as Yoga Instructor. Obviously, I have the advantage of understanding human anatomy and physiology, and also medical ailments and their medications. I have the experience of teaching Yoga to patients with stress, hypertension, diabetes, and even disorders like ataxia!

About the lesson

An simple yet powerful approach to breathwork through easy-to-learn Yoga and Pranayam, for all ages, especially for senior citizens with medical issues. Prior experience with Yoga is not necessary, freshers are welcome, since correct technique will be taught right from elementary level.
