About Babita
Namaste! My name is Babita, and I am a Certified Yoga Protocol Instructor accredited by the Yoga Certification Board (YCB), Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. I received my yoga training from the prestigious Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY), New Delhi, one of India’s leading institutions dedicated to yoga education and research.
Originally trained in India and currently living in Madrid, Spain, I have experience working with students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Whether your goal is to reduce stress, improve flexibility, build strength, improve posture, or simply create a healthier lifestyle, I would be delighted to support you on your yoga journey.
