About Rae
I am an enthusiastic ESL tutor with 12 years of experience teaching high school and college students. My goal is to make learning English simple, clear, and enjoyable. I have taught between 150 and 200 students, helping them improve their grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
This experience has helped me understand student challenges and guide them effectively. One of my biggest achievements is helping students gain confidence in speaking and writing English. Many of them have shown great improvement in academics and daily communication.
My teaching style is interactive and student-friendly. I encourage regular practice and active participation. I am committed to helping students grow and succeed.

My ESL teaching approach focuses on making learning engaging, practical, and effective for real-life use. I use real-life examples and case studies to help students understand how English is used in everyday situations such as social conversations, workplace communication, and academic discussions.
This helps them connect theory with practice. I focus on motivation by creating a friendly and encouraging environment where students feel confident to participate actively. I include problem-solving activities such as role-plays, group discussions, and real-life exercises that help students improve fluency, accuracy, and confidence.
I teach with integrity by giving honest and constructive feedback that helps students understand their progress and areas for improvement. I also maintain flexibility by adapting lessons according to each student’s level, pace, and learning goals.
In addition to ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills to ensure balanced language development.
