About Rekha

I have been working in the teaching profession for more than 37 years and have been the HOD of Hindi Department in various reputed schools in Kolkata. I am a Double MA M.Ed. in Hindi and History and I hold a Research Diploma in Education Administration. As a person I am a very fun loving person and that is what connects me well with my students as I try and make learning fun and interesting for them through different techniques and activities.

About the lesson

Hello Everyone. Hindi is my passion and I have been teaching Hindi for more than 37 years. This experience has given me an insight about my students and I know exactly how to teach them so as to make the subject easy to learn and interesting as well. I am very much versed with the syllabus and examination patterns of CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB and other Boards. I teach according to the needs of students. I incorporate various methodologies in my teaching, like- Kavya avritti, lecture method, explanation, giving notes, previous year paper solving, correct pronunciation etc. My teaching enhances the skills of students. For Spoken Hindi - My way of learning Hindi is new and unique. I have taught more than 1000 students. Hindi will be taught to you along with the English language. You will be learning how to write, read and speak Hindi properly. I teach according to the ease of the learner. For example, how can you win the hearts of others through conversation, how will you greet them. How can you express yourself effectively? What is the right way to talk? The learner is introduced to information on tenses, everyday words in common practice, gender and word information, etc. Correct use of the verb and complete information about the grammar is given.
