About Payel

I am a Yoga Wellness Instructor (certified by Yoga Certification Board, Govt. of India). I am on a mission to help everyone find the perfect balance in life, by hand holding them into the magical world of Yoga. After leaving behind a lucrative corporate career of 6 years in 2018, I lost myself. That is when Yoga Sadhana found me. I realized that you have to be lost in life, in order to be found. So, I made my life's aim to inspire those who have lost themselves, to be found, by Yoga. On my journey in Yoga, I have seen countless people not being able to manage their negative emotions, like fear, anxiety, trauma, depression, and lack of self-esteem. I have also seen, countless other people struggle with physical ailments like back pain, fertility issues, migraines, sinusitis, etc. One of the simplest ways to tackle these mental and physical barriers, is to be guided onto the path of Yoga, by a teacher who can inspire. So learn to make Yoga a part of your life. Taste true freedom.

About the lesson

I teach gentle relaxing movements in easy asanas, and focus on meditation and breathwork to achieve the peak of health on all 3 levels: mental health, physical health and emotional health. These classes are intended for beginners, or people who just want to relax, and feel good without having to do the extra physical work. No crazy backbends! I promise :) I will teach you authentic Indian Yoga with proper explanations according to Yogic texts and Yoga philosophy.

Free Ayurvedic Diet Plan tracking: Regular Yoga Students will receive a personalized Ayurvedic diet plan tailored to your dosha and lifestyle, enhancing your yoga practice and overall wellness. Daily Q&A Support: Access daily Q&A sessions on WhatsApp for guidance and support will be available for my regular Yoga Students. Fee structure to become my "regular student": Rs 5000 per month (for weekly 3 classes) or Rs 8000 per month (for Mon-Fri class)
